The buyer may withdraw from the concluded contract without penalty and without giving any reason within the statutory period- 14 (fourteen) calendar days in the EU - from receipt of the ordered goods.
If the buyer intends to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must notify his/her intention to the seller within the prescribed time limit:
by sending an explicit and unequivocal declaration (by registered mail) regarding his/her decision to withdraw from the contract and also returning the goods
- or simply by returning the ordered goods.
The right of withdrawal is deemed to have been exercised within the prescribed deadline, if within this period the registered mail is sent and, in any case, if the goods are demonstrably returned to the seller, by post or by a forwarding agent/courier.
The burden of proof relating to the legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal rests with the buyer.
